What's up with the php.net RSS feed?

I'm very happy that PHP recently celebrated it's 10th anniversary, but I get that same news item fed to me at least once a day. Is it a problem with the feed, or with Thunderbird? The issue seems limited to just this feed. In any case, I have removed it from my list of RSS subscriptions since phpdeveloper.org is so quick on the draw with all the latest PHP news anyway.
