					<description>Actually, it had more to do with the stats service that I was using. There was some stuff they were adding to the feed that was freaking things out. 

I think if you check the feed now:
http://www.phpdeveloper.org/phpdev.rdf

Things should validate just fine... :)
Though I'm still working on the right encoding to use for those silly "smart quotes" so many sites use...</description>
