Common Outlook Consulting is a Toronto, Ontario company that specializes in negotiation, conflict management and relationship building for small to medium sized firms, Fortune 100 global companies and non-governmental organizations.
After a couple of false starts with the development of their website, and seeking expert assistance with defining the scope of the project and taking it to successful completion, Common Outlook came to Stevens Media in 2003, following a recommendation from Capital Assist Inc.
Using their existing brand and the excellent content they had developed internally, Stevens Media designed an information architecture and layout that would meet the high standards of both Common Outlook and their global client roster.
Following the launch, a French language website was developed. A newsletter management system and content management using the SiteSailor Website Editor were added to the sites in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
In 2007, Stevens Media helped Common Outlook reach out into the blogosphere with a new WordPress blog for company founder, Peter Hiddema. This was followed by a information architecture overhaul of the corporate website that was launched in February, 2008. The new WordPress-powered website enables easy content management and the leverages the power of RSS feeds to keep in touch with users about new articles and resource updates.
Stevens Media continues to work with Common Outlook providing on-going website management, development and consulting services.
