Since 2003, Stevens Media has completed a number of web projects for Pargazer LLC, a company owned by Dick Schaefer, a Scottsdale entrepreneur and veteran of the Arizona golf and hospitality industry.

Scottsdale Greens was a golf vacation planning company Schaefer launched in 2003. Stevens Media designed the company's identity, then developed a website that communicated their high level of industry expertise. (When Scottsdale Greens closed doors, this layout design was sold to TravelGolf Media who have used it on one at least one of their websites.) In addition, Sam designed and composed all of the copy for a 52-page golf course guide e-book. In 2007, this website was revived as a Scottsdale golf and travel review site, using WordPress for content management.

ParGazer.com, a golf humor and gifts website, was launched a few months after the original Scottsdale Greens site was launched in 2003. Scottsdale illustrator Roey Fitzpatrick set the visual identity of the website while Stevens Media designed the information architecture and interface, and completed the production. The website originally featured a line of ParGazer gifts and these were sold via a custom shopping cart application developed by Stevens Media. A goal-driven, custom search engine marketing campaign provided the site with top 10 rankings for "golf gifts" searches within 6 months of launching.

In 2006, Schaefer approached Stevens Media about developing a blog network centered around a healthy lifestyles theme. Sam developed a detailed technical network strategy that relies on a framework of centralized applications, including advertising management and content syndication. So far, five websites in the network have been launched.

Most recently, Stevens Media completed the development of a domain name parking network for Pargazer LLC, featuring centralized assets and applications and content syndication.
